On the palate, it is pleasant, fresh and persistent, with a fruity, full and complex aftertaste due to bottle aging. Well‑balanced, harmonious, clean and with very good persistence.
Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany rice dishes, fish, and grilled white and red meats.
